Allows you to use 2 x 18650 batteries with your 3SM pills (including 3SM MC-E).
When used with the 1SM-2 pills, you can also use 4 x CR123a
3.0V or RCR123 3.7V batteries.
The 1SM-2 pills can handle up to 16 volts (4 RCR123 batteries under load would total around 14.8 volts).
Finished in black HA-III coating.
